- Act as SAP HRIS subject matter expert to the HR and HRIS teams.

- Assist on projects, starting with the assistance in a HRIS transition.

- Connect with the business and implementation partners to analyse and assist conveying business requirements into technical requirements

- Oversee the HRIS integration landscape during the implementation of a new HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) in the first period of employment.

- AnalyseAnalyseAnalyse HRIS needs for system maintenance and new developments and translate them into functional specifications in order to be implemented by the HRIS / IT team.

- Evaluate use of SAP HRIS system to meet changing business requirements and continually monitor information needs.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional in Human Resources, business administration, Engineer, or another related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of related experience, with broad exposure to HR processes, or an equivalent combination of education and experience business administration, etc.

- Ideal Experience in the implementation of projects

- MUST: Advanced conversational English level B2+

- Management of programs such as SAP SuccessFactors Workday, Service Now TalenLink.
- Ideal if you come from the medical device sector
- Experience providing administrative support in related processes
